Soybeans are among the best source of plant-based proteins. Unlike other beans, soy offers all nine essential amino acids and provides a good source of protein for vegetarians and vegans. We supply a wide range of soybean-based ingredients from whole soybeans to soysplits, soygrits, meal and flour as well as soyfibre which can be used to produce various soy products such as soymilk, tofu, soysauce, tempeh, cereals, slimming products etc. 

Silo Soybean 

Our premium brand food-grade soybeans is produced from specially grown, non-genetically modified, Identity-Preserved, white hilum Canadian soybeans. Silo Soybeans consists of pure specific variety beans and this ensures supreme consistency, reliability and quality performance to cater for the most demanding food applications. Space Shuttle 

Space Shuttle is non-genetically modified food-grade soybeans and can be used to produce soymilk, tofu, yuba, tempeh, soy sauce and cereals.

Twin Swan

Twin Swan is food-grade soybean splits that is produced from cleaned and dehulled soybeans. This product is very suitable for making tempeh. Main benefits include:

  1. Shorter preparation cycle due to shorter soaking time
  2. Lesser/no concern on the disposal of soyhull
  3. Less water required for soaking
  4. Saving in manpower requirement

 

Twin Swan is also suitable for making soymilk and tofu. Main benefits include:

  1. Increased yield of soymilk (14%) and tofu (16%)
  2. No waste water generated
  3. Shorter soaking time - 2hrs vs 6hrs
  4. 14% less okara waste
  5. Shorter beans grinding time - 20mins vs 35mins

Twin Shuttle

Twin Shuttle is food-grade soybean splits that is produced from cleaned and dehulled non-genetically modified soybeans. This product is very suitable for making non-genetically modified tempeh. Main benefits include:

  1. Shorter preparation cycle due to shorter soaking time
  2. Lesser/no concern on the disposal of soyhull

Kibbled Soybean

Kibbled Soybean is produced from the milling of clean, dehulled non-genetically modified soybeans. This product is full fat and enzyme active. Kibbled soybean is yellow to dark beige in color and is suitable for use in multi-grain breads, soya breads, healthy breads and biscuits


Defatted Toasted Soybean Grits

This is a plant protein produced from cleaned and dehulled non-genetically modified soybean. Defatted Toasted Soybean Grits is an important ingredient for making soy sauce and hydrolyzed vegetable protein. Due to its high protein content, this ingredient can be used to fortify the protein of various food products such as cereals

SoyEx 3

SoyEx 3 is a non-genetically modified defatted soy protein that exists in coarse granular grit size. This product is very suitable for the production of high quality soy sauce.

SoyEx 12

SoyEx 12 is a non-genetically modified defatted toasted soy protein that exists in granular grit size. It is an excellent source of protein and can be used as a meat replacer. Main benefits of using SoyEx 12 include the following:

  1. Lower material cost as a meat replacer
  2. Better eating quality - the processed meat is more juicy due to higher water holding capacity and reduced cooking losses
  3. Improved thawing tolerance
  4. Stabilization of emulsion in processed meat.

SoyEx 12 can also be used in other applications such as cereal product, bakery product, soy sauce and also to fortify protein content of many food products. 


Toasted Soybean Meal

Toasted soybean meal is a non-genetically modified defatted toasted soy protein that exists in meal form. It is an excellent source of protein and can be used as meat replacer and as an ingredient for cereal, bakery, and soy sauce products. It can also be used to fortify protein content of many food products.

SoyEx 60

SoyEx 60 is a non-genetically modified defatted toasted soy protein that exists in the form of free flowing powder. It is an excellent source of protein and can be used as a meat replacer, bakery ingredient and also to fortify protein content of many food products.

SoyEx 60 can also be used to replace cocoa powder and skimmed milk portions in chocolate. This replacement helps in reducing overall raw material costs

SoyEx 300

SoyEx 300 is a non-genetically modified defatted toasted soy protein that is specially milled to very fine mesh size. It is an excellent source of protein and can be used to fortify cereal and malt-based beverages due to its very fine particle size.

SoyEx 300 can also be used to replace cocoa powder and skimmed milk portions in cereal and malted based beverages. This replacement helps in reducing overall raw material costs.


Full Fat Soybean Flour

Full Fat Soybean Flour is an enzyme active natural product prepared from cleaned and dehulled non-genetically modified soybean to produce a creamy yelow in color free flowing high protein flour. It is used in bakery products mainly for its lipoxidase activity (natural bleaching agent for wheat flour). Main benefits of using Full Fat Soybean Flour include the following:

  • Natural bleaching effect produces whiter crumb in bread.
  • Natural fat and lecithin content improves crumb softness, enhances texture and structure.
  • Extends shelf life of baked products.
  • Improves flavor in gluten and gluten-free baked products
  • High protein content allows greater ability to absorb water thus increasing yield

Full Fat Soybean Flour can also be used in sponge cakes, cookies, wafer and doughnut applications to help increase product volume and spread ratios.

SoyFibre

SoyFibre is a natural plant fibre derived from premium quality non-genetically modified soybean hulls. It is creamy yellow in color and exists in free flowing powder form. Containing up to 70% dietary fibre, SoyFibre adds value to food manufacturers who are interested to produce food products and beverages containing high dietary fibre. As it is bland, SoyFibre does not alter the taste of the finished products making it suitable for a wide range of food applications. 

SoyFibre reduces weight gain and lower body mass index by increasing satiety value and lowering energy density. It stimulates peristalsis and prevents constipation. SoyFibre also helps in preventing colon and rectal cancers.

SoyFibreEx 150

SoyFibreEx 150 is natural plant fibre derived from premium quality non-genetically modified soybean hulls. It is specially milled to very fine granulation and is suitable for fibre fortification of cereal and malt-based beverages.
