Soybean Hull Pellet
Soyhull is a high fiber byproduct produced during soybean processing. Its main fiber component is cellulose and it is low in lignin content. This make its fiber highly digestible thus making it an ideal energy source when use in ruminant and horse feeds. Soyhull can be used to replace corn in the growing calf rations. Soybean hulls are very palatable and may be fed to a wide range of species. Research shows that addition of soybean hulls to a corn-soybean swine diet can reduce odourous compounds in pig manure.
